<br />WHEREAS, U.S. BANK NA is the Trustee un'der a Deed of Trust dated DECEMBER 18, 2002, executed by
<br />KEVIN W MARTIN AND KATHY A MARTIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of

<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, which Deed of Trust was recorded
