<br />WT3EREAS, FIRST STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, A Nebraska Corporation by and ��
<br />through Ronald C Weaklend, Executive Vice President, it's authorized off'icer, FIRST STATE BANK
<br />AND TRUST COMPANY, as trustee under the trust deed dated October 30 2002 and March 3, 2005,
<br />executed by Susan & Melvin Wame Linscheid as trustor, in which FIRST STATE BANK AND
<br />TRUST COMPANY is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as
<br />instrument No. 0200212625 and 0200501938 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Sta.te
<br />of Nebraska, has received from FIRST STATE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been
<br />fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provasions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation by and through it authorized o�cer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely:_ Susan Linscheid and Melvin Wa x�ie
<br />Linscheid Wife and Husband, and the Susan L. Linscheid Trust the esta.te now held by it thereunder, to
