<br />DECEMBER 14, 2004 was filed for record on DECEMBER 16, 2004 with/in INST # 0200412061, in the records
<br />of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, conveying the property legally described as:

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust identified in the above Substitution of Trustee
<br />has been paid and the current Beneficiary does hereby reyuest that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, T'HEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the current
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
