The City hereby grants to the Owner a permit to connect the property at 905 N Custer <br />Avenue to the City's Sanitary Sewer as per Standard Plan 132 in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Director of Public Works. Such connection is to be inspected and <br />approved by the City Plumbing Inspector. <br />2. The sanitary sewer service line constructed and maintained by the Owner shall be and <br />rernain the property of the Owner, until the property is sold and in no event shall the City be <br />required to maintain the line. <br />1So `�� <br />-1- <br />
