<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 17, 2000, and executed by Rosalie B Greer, James
<br />L Greer and Jeffrey L Greer, with vesting as follows: Rosalie B. Greer and James L. Greer,
<br />Wife and Husband and Jeffrey L. Greer, a Single P�rson, Trustors, in which Fnae Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded Novembr 20,
<br />2000, entered as Instrument No. 0200010109, in the Hail County Register of Deed's Office,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), Billy Poe Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the
<br />recorded plat thereof.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
