<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Conditional
<br />Assignment of Lease as Additional Secu.rity da.ted August 20, 2003 made to FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Secured Party by Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor; and John R. Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson,
<br />Lessee, on the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lot 3, located on the North side of the East portion of Kuester's Lake, having
<br />a lake front footage of 46 feet and being situated on a part of the East Ha1f of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 S W 1/4) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11)

<br />which was recorded on August 26, 2003, as Instrument #0200311264 at the Register of Deeds
