<br />IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the FIVE POINTS
<br />BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation, hereby releases the Conditional
<br />Assignment of Lease as Additional Secu.rity da.ted August 20, 2003 made to FIVE POINTS BANK,
<br />Secured Party by Kuester Lake, Inc., Lessor; and John R. Gunderson and Carol J. Gunderson,
<br />Lessee, on the following described real estate, to-wit:

<br />a lake front footage of 46 feet and being situated on a part of the East Ha1f of the
