<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RAYMOND � HAVEL AND SANDRA K HAVEL HITS�AND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, far the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GR.AND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />DECEMBER 7. 2001 and record� _JANUARY 7, 2002 in the o�ce of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200200158 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed. and delivered:
<br />NOW, TI-iEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein., the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described prernises, but only as to

<br />ARC OF CURVE WHOSE RADIUS IS 90 FEET AND ALONG 'TI� SOUTHEASTERLY
<br />LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A LONG CHORD DISTANCE OF 41.6 FEET THENCE
