<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. Cl 09 -1191 in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., is the
<br />plaintiff, and Cory J. Carstens, Kimberly R. Carstens, Shane A. Carstens, Laura
<br />M. Carstens, and General Collection Company, are the defendants,
<br />CitiMortgage, Inc., did obtain a Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the
<br />sum of One Hundred Thousand Five Hundred Fifty -One Dollars and Twenty -Six
<br />Cents ($100,551.26), plus interest, escrow advances, title search casts and costs
<br />of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found he lands the heaeinafterpdescribed to be
<br />Commissioner should cau se
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein,
<br />Arend R.
<br />Baack, Muster Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the
<br />Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on October 21, 2010, inside the front door
<br />of the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, having first given due and legal time
<br />weeks n place of said newspaper
<br />sale by publication once in each week for four consecutive
<br />printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br />public auction to the plaintiff for the sum One
<br />Cents ($117,335.37); and Thousand
<br />Three Hundred Thirty -Five Dollars and
<br />WHEREAS, CitiMortgage, Inc., has assigned all of its
<br />in the Order and interest
<br />Sale
<br />in and to such bid at said sale and to the real estate described
<br />issued in the aforementioned lawsuit, to the Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />Development, its successors and assigns; and
