Otto, Jr. and Sherry L. Otto, husband and wife, Trustors under <br />a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 14, 2007 <br />as Instrument No. 0200706977, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br />Lot Nine (9), in Block One (1), in Island Acres Number Two (2), being a replat of Lots One <br />(l), Two (2), Three (3), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), in Island Acres, a Subdivision in the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Assignee <br />Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned that you dispute the debt or <br />any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the undersigned in <br />writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt.
