<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF G1tAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, da.ted
<br />JUNE 23. 2006 and recorded JUNE 27. 2006 in the O�ce of the HALL CO[JNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED' S OFFICE OF HALL COiJNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #0200605716 has been
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered; AND RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 11, 2010 AND
<br />RECORDED AUGUST 16, 2010 IN DOC # 0201005737;
<br />TI-�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and esta.te derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
