2o��a3tig� To receive all notices and other written communications with respect to the taxpayer in proceedings involving the above matters; To enter into any compromise with the Nebraska Department of Revenue; To execute waivers (including offers of waivers) or restrictions on assessment of collection of tax deficien- cies and waivers of notice of disallowance of a claim for credit or refund; To execute consents extending the statutory period for assessment or collection of taxes; To receive, and to endorse and collect, checks in payment of any refund of taxes, penalties or interest; To delegate authority or to substitute another represen- tative; To prepare, sign, any file any such tax return, claim, election, or agreement to extend the period of limita- tions for judicial proceedings, and sign any power of attorney form appointing an agent required by any state taxing authority or any local taxing authority; and To make any income tax, inheritance tax, estate tax, or other tax elections which I could make. 17. To act with respect to all Federal, State and local governmental programs, including but not limited to all United States Department of Agriculture programs administered through the County Consolidated Farm Services Agency Offices and/or Committees whi�h are, or may become, applicable or available for any property covered by this power of attorney. The undersigned gives and grants to my attorney full authori�y and power to do an perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and advisable to be done under said programs including, without limitation, applying for or terminating participation in such programs, and to make and deliver any necessary Farm Service Agency reports with respect to said property and to have access to County Farm Service Agency records necessary to complete farm transactions with offices of the Soil Conservation Service, Natural Resource Districts, and any other public govern- mental bodies or entities. 18. Should there be a revocable inter-vivos trust created by me in existence at any time during the effective period of this Durable Power of Attorney, my attorney may transfer any assets subject to the powers granted herein to the trustee of such trust. To open and enter into any safe deposit box which I may own or rent and to remove therefrom, or place therein any property owned by me including, but not limited to, certificates of deposit, securities, evidences of indebtedness and insurance policies; and to enter into safe deposit contracts, extend any existing contracts for addi- tional periods of time, or terminate such contracts. To have first priority to act as my conservator or, if impractical to do so, to nominate any other person or persons or corporation to serve as conservator of my assets and estate.
