<br />AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 24. 2006 and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number 200604679 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly
<br />known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book NA Page NA or Instrument
<br />Number NA has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
