<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />"Trust Deed," executed by ROEBUCK ENTERPRISES, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability
<br />Company, as Trustors, to Piatte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 10,
<br />2010, recorded August 12, 2010 as Instrument #201005690 in the o�ce of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska have been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described
<br />real property (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):
<br />THE EASTERLY FIFTY-FOUR FEET (54') OF FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2), tN FRACTIONAL
<br />BLOCK SEVEN (7), IN LAMBERT'S ADDITION AND THE WESTERLY THIRTY NINE AND SIX
<br />TENTHS FEET (39.6') OF FRACTIONL LOT TWO (2), AND THE EASTERLY FOURTEEN AND
<br />FOUR TENTHS FEET (14.4') OF FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK (2)
<br />OF EVANS ADDITION BOTH BEING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
