<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by MKK, LLC, A
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Com,pany to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated March 19, 2009 , and
<br />recorded March 26, 2009 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska Inst. Number #200902200 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confrmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot One (1), on the Mainland in Section Nine (9), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall Connty, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land
<br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed Recorded in Book 73, page 106 and
<br />EXCEPTTNG a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />Recorded as document No. 76-002654 and EXCEPTING a tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed Recorded as Document No. 99-111191.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
