<br />This instrument, made this 25 day of April, 2011, between Thomas J. Young, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor", pursuant ��
<br />to the power of sale contained in that certaLn Deed of Trust Recorded on July 20, 2004 as %�
<br />Instrument No. 200407145 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest
<br />Mortgage Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-R9, hereinafter
<br />called "Grantee":
<br />WHEREAS, on November 29, 2010, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a
<br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Ricky A. Lothrop and Cindy S. Lothrop,
<br />Husband and Wife, Trustor(s), under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on July 20, 2004 as
<br />Instrument No. 200407145, in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:
<br />Lot 210, Belmont Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and
<br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to
<br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on Recorded on December 1, 2010, as Instrument # 0201008964 of the
<br />Miscellaneous records of said County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on March 15, 2011, Grantor caused to be published in
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on April 25, 2011. Publication of such notice was made for five
<br />consecutive weeks on March 15, 2011, March 22, 2011, March 29, 2011, April O5, 2011, April
