<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated January 23, 2002, executed by Sheila R. Hulme and Ronald L. Hulme;
<br />Wife and Husband, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register af Deeds, Ha11 County, Nebraska, on
<br />January 25, 2002, recorded as Instrument No. 0200200999, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust Q

<br />The Westerly Thirty Six Feet Four Inches of the Southerly Half (S1/2) of the Westerly Seventy Four and One
<br />Quarter Feet (W74'/a') of Lot Nine (9) of the County Subdivision, of the 5outh Ha1f of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S1/25E1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), in Township Eleven (11) North, of Range Nine (9) West of the 6'� P.M., being a
<br />rectangular piece of gound having a Southerly frontage of 36 feet four inches on Louise Street and a depth of 180 feet,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisivns of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconuey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
