<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, 1�,`
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 25, 2010, and executed by JBH Enterprises, LLC, a Cp o�/V
<br />Nebraska Limited Liability Company, Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded February 12, 2010, as
<br />Instrument #201000988, in the Hall County Register of Deeds's Office, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as foiiows:
<br />The Westerly Seventeen (17) feet of Lot Seven (7) and all Lot Six (6), Block Seven
<br />(7), Charles Wasmer's Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, withou# warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
