Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman by <br />Trustee's Deed filed September 21, 2009 in the Register of Deeds Office as <br />Document No. 200907628. The Property was described as follows: Lots Two (2), <br />Three (3) and Four (4), Island in Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a <br />tract more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 543; <br />EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in <br />Book 147, Page 226, EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Deed <br />recorded as Document No.90-104727; EXCEPT Lot 1, Lambrecht Subdivision, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in <br />Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 200801135 and EXCEPT a tract <br />more particularly described in Corrective Trustee's Deed recorded as Document <br />No. 200802169 <br />2. On December 29, 2009, Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. Leaman, husband and wife, <br />executed a Deed of Trust to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company by Deed of <br />Trust filed January 5, 2010 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. <br />201000051. The property was described as follows:Lots Two (2), Three (3) and <br />Four (4), Island in Section Eight (8), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven <br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a tract more <br />particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 543; EXCEPT a tract <br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 147, Page 226, <br />EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Deed recorded as Document <br />No.90-104727; EXCEPT Lot 1, Lambrecht Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Trustee's Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 200801135 and EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in <br />Corrective Trustee's Deed recorded as Document No. 200802169 <br />3.There was an error in typing the legal description of the above described Deed <br />and Deed of Trust in the underlined portion.
