Upon payment of all sums secured by this Securiry Instrument, L.ender shall request Trustee to reconvey the Property and sha11 sunender this Securiry Instrument and all notes evidencing debt secured by this Security Instrument to Trustee. Trustee shall reconvey the Properiy without warranry to the person or persons legally entifled to it. 5uch person or persons sha11 pay any recordation costs.
