Nowicki and Jennifer L. Nowicki, husband and wife, <br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 8, 2009, <br />and recorded June 12, 2009, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 200904681, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />Lot Twenty-Three (23), Jeffrey Oaks Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all building, fixiures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to sucli premises. <br />Dated this 15th day of March, 2011. <br />end R.
