<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated Maxch 22 1999, executed by Melvin E. Olston and Dorothy L. Olston, Husband
<br />and Wife, in which Five Points Bank, A Nebraska Corporation, is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded March 25, 1999 in the office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and recorded as Instrument #99-103057, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />The Southerly Sixty-eight (68) feet of Lot One (1) in Block Forty-eight (48) in
<br />Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustes, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persans legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 31�` day of March, 2011.
