<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under
<br />the Deed of Trust recorded February 27, 2006, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Instrument 200601680,
<br />has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that such
<br />deed of trust and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned trustee for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto, namely
