<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />March 22, 2010, by FRANKLIN D. STAHLNECKER, JR., a single person, Trustor, in favor of
<br />I30ME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN AS5N OR GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and
<br />U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, N.A., as Trustee, and which was filed for record on March 22,
<br />2010, as Instrument No. 201001876, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />5aid Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of
<br />an Assignment dated March 26, 2010, and filed for record on April 27, 2010, as Instrument No.
<br />201002792 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L.
<br />GALLES has been appointed as Successor Tnzstee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY,
<br />N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT NINETEEN (19), 1N BLOCK TWENTY-THREE (23}, IN COLLEGE
<br />ADDITION TO WEST LAWN IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALI.ES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation refened to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
