<br />(J) "Applicable Law" means all controll�ng appllcable federal, state and local statutes, regulations,
<br />ordinances aad administrative rules and orders (that have the effect of law) as well as all applicable f�nal,

<br />(K) "Cammunity Associadon Daes, Feas, and Asses�mta" means all dues, fees, assessments and other
<br />charges that are imposed on Borrower or the Property by a condominlum associaflon, homeowners
<br />ass�iaflon or similar organizaHon.
<br />(L) "Eledraaic Fnnds Transfa" means any transfer of funds, other than a transacHon or�ginated by
<br />check, draft, or similaz paper instrument, which is iaitiated tbrough an electronic terminal, telephonic
<br />instrument, computer, or magnetic tape so as to order, instruct, or authorize a finac►cial instituflon to debit
<br />or credit an account. Such term includes, but is not limited to, �int-of-sale transfers, automated teller
