��eb �09 11 03:35p i i + i .■ Randy Hartmann 3083829311 P , � �01�U306� RESQLUTION # , �� A RESOLUTION VACATING PORTlQNS OF CERTAIN COUNTY AOADS WHEREAS, the County Board of Half County, Nebraska, was requested by various persons to consider the abandonment or vacartion of two portions of county roads within Hall Counry, Nebraska, to-wit: � Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Section One f1}, Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (1 1) West af the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, thence easterly along the section line four and one-fourth (4 1/4)miles to the Northeast Corner of tne Northwest Cluarter of Section Three 43), Township Twelve (1 ZI North, Range Ten (10} West of the 6th P.M., Hai1 County, Nebraska, said right-of-way being the Norrtherly 33 feet of the above described Section, kno�nrn as Loup River Road; ard Beginning at ti�e Northwest Ccrner of Section Three (31, Township T�rvelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) V+tesi of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, thence sautherly along the Section line to the Southwest Corner of the Northwesi O.uarter of Sec�ion Three (3), Township Twelve (12► North, Range Ten {10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said right-of- way being 33 feet each side of said Sectian line, known as Engleman Road; and 'NHEREAS, pursuant to such request and by resolution of the Hall County Board, the Ha{I County Pubfic Works Director was directed :o make a study of the uses made of said roads and sc�bmit his findi�gs in writing the County Board; and WHEREAS. the Caunty Public Works Director completed said study and reported his �indings to the County �oard of Hall County, Nebraska, and on the 27tF� day of July. 1993, a public hearing on said fndings and the proposal to vacate or abandon the above-described portions of county �oads was held. Foilowing said public hearing the above described road were offered for relinquishment by the County Board to the townships within which said road are located; and WHEREAS, ihe townships within which the aforesaid roads ar� located have given notice that they reject the offer of the County of Hall for the relinquishment of said roads to the townships; and WHEREAS, the County Boacd of Hall County, Nebraska, finds the vacation of zhe above-described roacEways to be in the pubfic good, provided that the right-of-way as �escribed above remains in and to the County of Hall, Nebraska, and provided further that the owners of re�l estate abuttir.g the above described roadways, and the heirs,successors, and assigns of said �►� r: �
