<br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated DECEMBER 10, 1997
<br />and recorded DECEMBER 16, 1997, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 97-iio6o5 regarding the real estate described in

<br />NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK as Beneficiary dated DECEMBER 10, 1997, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of x�'.L County, Nebraska as Document
<br />No. 97-110605, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the re,quest of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
