<br />Conditioned for ai7d secure to the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which mortgage/Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County on the 14"' day of July, 2009 as instrument
<br />#200905712.
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors/Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or securing certain debts, have
<br />agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the real estate to Farm Credit Services of Ainerica,
<br />FLCA. Conditioned for the payment of the sum of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) to
<br />be a First Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises, executed March 30, 201 l. and reeorded on
<br />April 4, 2011, as Instrument No. 0201102583. '
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Heritage Bank in consideration of the premises for the value received, the receipt and
<br />adequacy of which is hereby aclrnowledged, does hereby bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with
<br />Mortgagors/Trustors, their heirs and assigns, that the mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed
<br />by Mortgagors/Trustors to Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA for the amount and interest above mentioned,
<br />shall at all times be a prior Mortgage/Deed of Trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the Mortgage/Deed of
