<br />received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto MICHAEL E. HOBACK AND AI�IDER D. HOBACK, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT
<br />TENANTS AND NOT AS TENANTS IN COMMON GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real property:
