<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, 5�
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by ROBERT C ALMQUI3T AND AMY L ALMQUIST, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which
<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 15, 2002,, and recorded NOVEMBER 15, 2002, in the Of�ce of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No 200212665 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUteCl Uy ROBERT C ALMQUIST AND AMY L ALMQUI$T, HU3BAND AND WIFE, aS tT'UStOP, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 15, 2002, and recorded in the of�ce of the Register of Deeds of x�,L County,
<br />Nebraska as Document No 200212665 has been paid, and the Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />con�rmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
