<br />Subscribed and sworn before me this � day of April, 201 l, by Karl Randecker, President of First State
<br />Bank, on behalf of First State Bank.
<br />WHEREAS, FIRST STATE BANK of Gothenburg, Dawson County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust recorded August 12, 2004, executed by Richard L. Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, husband and wife, as
<br />Trustor, in which First State Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, as Instrument 200407960, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that such deed of trust and the note secured thereby have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned trustee for cancellation:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such deed of trust the
<br />undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto, namely Richard
<br />Hartman and Patricia Hartman, a portion of the estate now held by it thereunder, to-wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Thirty Two (32), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6` P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence running westerly on the south
<br />line of said Southeast Quarter (SEI/4), on an assumed bearing of N 88°12'OS" W, a distance of 434.96 feet;
<br />thence running N 01 °07'41" E, a distance of 1326.79 feet; thence running S 88°28'S7" E, a distance of
<br />434.62 feet, to the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4); thence
<br />running S 01°06'S2" W on the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of 1328.93 feet, to the
<br />point of beginning.
<br />I witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at Gothenburg, Nebraska, on
