201102898 <br />Correction of Plat Affidavit <br />The undersigned hereby states, under oath, the following: <br />The undersigned Registered Land Surveyor ("Surveyor") prepared a plat for the <br />C&V Administrative Subdivision, in the Village of Doniphan, Hall County, <br />Nebraska which was recorded in tae # ao //0.273 8 , Page , <br />, <br />of the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska on ~Q 1 & 2411 <br />@ /D : / 7 P. M. (the Plat). <br />2. The Surveyor has now determined that there is an error in the Plat. Specifically, <br />Lot 2 as platted incorrectly recites that the West line of Lot 2 is 425.53'(P)&(M). <br />The actual distance for the West line of Lot 2 is 375.53' (M). <br />3. Lot 2 has not changed ownership since the date the plat was recorded <br />4. This affidavit is given for the purpose of correcting the error contained in the Plat <br />and this affidavit shall be recorded in the Register of Deeds Office and a notation <br />made in the margin of the Plat to show the correction. <br />It. <br />A.
