<br />WHEREAS, U.S. BANK NA is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated APRIL 30, 2010, executed by JOHN P
<br />FURLONG AND DAWN S FURLONG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of
<br />HOMESERVICES LENDING, LLC SERIES A DBA HOMESERVICES LENDING, which Deed of Trust
