<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Donald F. Moss and Donna L. Moss, husband and wife, i�,,� �
<br />whose address is 1410 Sheridan Place, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68803-2531, by Deed of Trust dated the 25"` I
<br />day of November, 2002 and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall, in the
<br />State of Nebraska, on the 6th day of December, 2002, in Instrument 0200213573, of the records in said office
<br />conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust to secure the
<br />payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein:
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Nineteen, Township Ten North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty-two, Township Eleven North, Range Eleven West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section Seventeen, Township Ten North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section Seventeen,
<br />Township Ten North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty, Township Ten North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />'I'he SQLith Half of the Northeast Quarter, also all of Lots One ancl Two on Island and all of that Part of Lot
<br />Two on Mainland lying east of centerline of Section, said tracts in Section Seventeen comprising all of the
<br />Northeast Quarter, all of said land being in Township Ten North, Range Ten West of the Sixth Principal
<br />Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty, Township Ten North, Range Twelve West of the
<br />Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied;
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company the legal holder of the
<br />indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration
<br />of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do
<br />hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and unto the heirs,
<br />successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and interest which I have under and
<br />by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described,
<br />reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty.
