<br />K FRIES AND KEVIN W FRIES WIFE AND HUSBAND to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of HOME FEDER.AL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 14, 2008 and
<br />recorded JANUARY 30. 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument 20080072b has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in wriring that this
<br />Deed of Recanveyance be executed and delivered:
