<br />WENDY E BREHM AND KEVIN E BREHM WIFE AND HUSBAND to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAViNGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRA.SKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL S, 2005 and
<br />recorded APRIL 25, 2005 in the office ofthe Register of Deeds of Ha11 County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200503637 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payxnent in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
