<br />NOTICE 1S HEREBY GIVEN that on the —1= day of April, 2011, CitiMortgage, Inc., as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Jon Paul
<br />Wade, Amy M. Wade, John Doe and Jane Doe, real names and marital status unknown, as the
<br />defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a
<br />deed of trust given by said Jon Paul Wade and Amy M. Wade, husband and wife, to Thomas F.
<br />Vetters, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as
<br />nominee for Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien
<br />upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the
<br />sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such
<br />deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated October 4, 2006, and
<br />was recorded October 6, 2006 as Instrument Number 0200608985 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), IN SCARFF'S ADDITION TO
<br />WEST LAWN IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA AND ITS
<br />COMPLEMENT TO -WIT: LOT ELEVEN (I1) OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
<br />LOTS TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY (280), TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY -ONE (281)
<br />AND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY -TWO (282) IN WEST LAWN IN THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
