<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 23, 2000, executed by Elmer E. Pollock, A Single
<br />Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200002375 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 28�' day of March, 2000,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached rea{ estate described to-wit:
<br />Home and Improvements located in The Northwest Quarte� (NW1l4) of Section Eleven (11), in
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�' P.M., in Hall Counry, Nebraska; except a part of
<br />the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1/4 NW1/4) of Section Eleven (11), in Township Twelve
<br />(12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6�' P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows, to-wit: Commencing at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1/A�); thence running
<br />North 190 feet; thence running East 344 feet; thence running South 190 feet to the South line of said section;
<br />and thence running West to the point of beginning, which was deeded to the Loup River Public Power District
<br />on November 19, 1962, and was duly recorded in Book 140, of Deeds, at Page 441, in the o�ce of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded March 28, 2000, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200002375 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to
<br />all real estate not herein reconveyed.
