<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated April 20, 2005, executed by Magdaleno Vasquez and Araceli Vasquez;
<br />Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on April
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />All of the Westerly Thirty-six (36) feet of the Southerly Eighty (80) feet of Lot Eight (8) and the Easterly
<br />Fourteen (14) feet of the Southerly Eighty (80) feet of Lot Seven (7) all being in Block Thirty-six (36), in the Original
<br />Town, now Ciry of Grand Island, Hall Counry, Nebraska, platted and recorded, and making a rectangulaz tract of ground
<br />of ground having a Southerly frontage of Fifty (50) feet on Fourth Street, with a depth of Eighty (80) feet, all in Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 4`" day of April, 2011.
