<br />SHARER AND MORGAN AC CEMPER, AS JOINT TENANTS as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY,
<br />NA as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE P.11THORITY the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated APRIL 30. 2010, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number 0201002933 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
