<br />KNOW ALL M�N BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, David R. Ohlman and Pamela J. Ohlman, b
<br />husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors/Trustors" did on the 20th day of May, 2009 execute and ��
<br />deliver to Heritage Bank in Wood River, Nebraska a mortgage/Deed of Trust upon certain reai estate located in
<br />Hall County, NeUraska and legally described as:
<br />The Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Conditioned for and secure to the payment of the suin shown on the NOTE, which mortgage/Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County on the 14 day of July, 2009 as instrument
<br />#200905712.
<br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors/Trustors, ior the pur��ose, among other things, of paying or securing certain debts, have
<br />agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the real estate to Farm Credit Services of America,
<br />FLCA. Conditioned for the payment of the sum of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00) to
<br />be a First Mortgage/lleed of Trust upon the premises, executed March 30, 2011.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Heritage Bank in consideration of the preinises for the value received, the receipt and
<br />adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, consent, promise and agree to and with
<br />Mortgagars/'I'rustors, their heirs and assigns, that the mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed
<br />Uy Mortgagors/Trustors to Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA for the amount and interest above inentioned,
<br />shall at all times be a prior Mortgage/Deed of Trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the Mortgage/Deed of
<br />Trust as above described. The sul��rdination � here does not apply to additional credit extensions that may be
<br />made by Farm Credit Services of America, FLCA, subsequent to the above described debt instrument.
