<br />Association, 1902 Harlan Drive, Suite A, Bellevue, Sarpy County,
<br />Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed hereinafter descri�ed, for valuaY�l� cc�r,si��ratio�, here�y
<br />grants and conveys to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, 1
<br />South Wacker Drive, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60606, Grantee, without
<br />any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />The Westerly One-Half (Wl/2) of Lot Five (5), Block Two
<br />(2), Hann's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated July 10, 2006, and recorded on July 12, 2006,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska at
<br />Instrument No. 200606191 wherein Lisa M. Mota, a single person is
<br />named Trustor; and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
<br />is named Beneficiary; and Transnation Title Insurance Company is
<br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee,
<br />on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of
<br />even date in the principal amount of $61,000.00 and interest
<br />thereon according to the terms thereof. That the beneficial
<br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by Mortgage Electronic
<br />Registration Systems, Inc. to EverHome Mortgage Company by an
<br />Assignment dated August 4, 2010 and recorded on August 16, 2010 at
<br />Instrument No. 201005761 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
