<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon L. O'Neill AKA
<br />Gordon O'Neill and Colleen K O'Neill AKA Colleen O'Neill, to Great Western Bank, Trustee for the benefit of Great
<br />Western Bank, the Beneficiary named therein dated October 8, 2010 and recorded October 8, 2010 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 0201007420 of the Trust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />2416 W. Cottage: The Easterly Half (El/2) of Lot Eighteen (18) and the Easterly Half (El/2) of the South Twenty Five (25)
<br />Feet of Lot Sixteen (16), Block Seven (7), Coilege Addition to West Lawn in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
