<br />and wife, as ITrustor, in which Archer Cooperative Credit Union, is named as Beneficiary,
<br />hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligations dated May 16, 2005, for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's
<br />failure to make debt payments as they became due.
<br />You are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said
<br />Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of March 23, 2011, is in the amount of $10,502.86, plus
<br />interest thereafter.
<br />You are further notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to
<br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deed of Trust.
