<br />as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in
<br />consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured
<br />thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK NINETY-NINE (99), RAILROAD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF.
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
