<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Todd V. Elsbernd, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust, dated January 15, 1999, executed by Terrie Lee
<br />Thomas and Julie Sue Thomas, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Rodney J. Brester and
<br />Caroline Brester, Husband and Wife, are named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned is named as
<br />Trustee, and recorded January 19, 1999, as Instrument No. 99-100614, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, and upon the Trustee receiving from Rodney J. Brester
<br />and Caroline Brester, Husband and Wife, the Beneficiary under such Deed of Trust, a written request
<br />to reconvey, the Trustee hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following-described real estate:
<br />Lot Three (3) Block Nineteen (19), original town of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto the real estate above-described now held by it under such Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS whereof, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on March 4, 2011.
