<br />pursuant to the authority pursuant to §30-2476 (23) of the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration
<br />of Ten Dollars ($10.00), received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Paul Meyer and Lynette Meyer, Husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants, Grantees, whether one or ,
<br />more, the following described real property: �
<br />Lot Three (3), Block Seven (7), Arnold Place, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all the estate, right, title, interest,
<br />claim or demand whatsoever of said Deceased of, in and to the same, or any part thereof.
