<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned, Geneva State
<br />Bank, Geneva, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated January 19, 2009
<br />executed by Westgate Properties, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as
<br />Trustor, in which the Geneva State Bank, 896 G Street, Geneva, Nebraska, is named
<br />as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which was recorded on January 20, 2009 as
<br />Instrument #0200900299 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially
<br />reconvey the following described premises.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed
<br />of Trust in the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />Lot Three (3) Crane Valley Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express terms and conditions
<br />that it shall not affect the lien of the above mentioned Deed of Trust on Lot Three (3)
<br />Crane Valley Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />now known as Lot Two (2) Crane Valley Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that the Geneva State Bank shall retain all of its
<br />rights and lien under the Deed of Trust recorded January 20, 2009 as Instrument
<br />#0200900299 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Geneva State Bank, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by its Sr. Vice President and has caused its corporate
<br />seal to be hereunto aff�ed on March 18th, 2011.
