Diers Ave., Grand Island, NE 68803 ("Lender"). <br />DE�D OF TRUST. Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated October 14, 2005 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been <br />recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: <br />Recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on October 14, 2005; recorded as Instrument No. <br />0200510243. <br />REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of <br />Nebraska: <br />The East Sixty-five Feet (65') of Lot Thirteen (13) and Lot Fifteen (151, in Block Two (2► in College Addition to West Lawn, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall county, Nebraska <br />The Real Properiy or its address is commonly known as 2404 N HUSTON AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801. <br />MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />Extending the maturity date to 4/15/2016. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full <br />force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications. Nothing in this Modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the <br />promissory note or other credit agreement secured by the Deed of Trust Ithe "Note"). It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all <br />parties to the Deed pf Trust and all parties, makers and endorsers to the Note, including accommodation pa�ties, unless a party is expressly <br />released by Lender in writing. Any maker or endorser, inciuding accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this <br />Modification.
