Beeder <br />and Patricia L. Beeder, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which the Bank of Marquette, Marquette, <br />Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded on June 8, <br />1995, in Mortgage Book Document No. 95-103777, in the office of the County Clerk of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, <br />reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of <br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for <br />cancellation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />person legally entitled therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of <br />Trust in following described real estate, to-wit: <br />The North Forty-five (45) feet of Lot One (1), Block One (1), Heyde Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Marquette, Marquette, Nebraska has caused this <br />Deed of Reconveyance to be executed by its President and has caused its corporate seal to be <br />hereunto affixed on March 25, 2011. <br />Bank of Marquette <br />Marquette, Nebraska, Trustee <br />B � <br />Pres ent <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />)ss. <br />County of Hamilton ) <br />Before me, a notary public qualified for said county, personally came J.
