<br />WHEREAS, in an action in District Court of Hall County,
<br />i3ebraska, wherein Michael Galvan and Marilyn J. Galvan, husband and
<br />wife, are Plaintiffs, and Joe R. Garcia and Angie J. Garcia,
<br />husband and wife, General Collection Co., John M. Lefler, Galvan
<br />Construction, Inc., and John Doe and Mary Doe, True and Real Names
<br />Unknown, are Defendants, said Plaintiffs did obtain a Decree
<br />finding that �here is due from Joe R. Garcia and Angie J. Garcia,
<br />husband and wife, to Plaintiffs the sum of Thirty Thousand Four
<br />Hundred Thirty-seven and 53/100 Dollars ($30,437.53) together with
<br />interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; to John M. Lefler
<br />the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-six and 42/100 Dollars
<br />($1,356.42) together with interest thereon; to Galvan Construction,
<br />Inc., the sum of Twelve Thousand One Hundred and 34/100 Dollars
<br />($12,100.34) together with interest thereon; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the
<br />event of default of the payment of the sum so found due by the said
<br />Joe R. Garcia and Angie J. Garcia, husband and wife, that Jerry J.
<br />Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and
<br />tenements hereafter described to be advertised and sold according
<br />to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J.
<br />Watson, Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the said
<br />Decree a;�d v�d�r of Sale duiy directed to him, did an the 16th day
<br />of February, 2011, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in
<br />the City of Grand Island in the said County of Hall, having first
<br />given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand
<br />Island Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation
<br />in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction a one-
<br />half interest to Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants, and a one-half interest to Paul
<br />T. Manolidis and Joella F. Manolidis, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants, for the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), which
<br />sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as such Sheriff
<br />was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple a one-half
<br />interest to Steven A. Manolidis and Linda L. Manolidis, husband and
<br />wife, as joint tenants, and a one-half interest to Paul T.
